Event Details

The topic of our November meeting will be "Navigating Politics".

Politics aren't the sole realm of senators, peanut farmers, and pizza moguls.  Quite often, the architect has to take solutions and brilliant ideas and sell them.  This means knowing how to say things to certain individuals, and knowing what motivates them to figure out what angles to best use.  It means playing the game of corporate politics, which exist in both large and small organizations albeit in different flavors.

Please bring with you any stories that you may have regarding how you have navigated politics, either in the past or currently.  We can all promise that what is said at the SIG stays at the SIG.  :)  What kinds of challenges have you had?  What kinds of solutions have you found?

Pizza and drinks will be provided courtesy of Agile Austin.
